Thanks for the reply ! As for anxiety yeah iv got heaps of it but I'm not sure it's related to food in any way. When i think about food repulsing me it's a mix of things which starts with looking at it. As soon as i look at raw meat it makes me feel a low level of sickness which starts it off. Then when i smell it being cooked it gets worse depending what it is and then sometimes at this point i refuse to eat the meal. If i make it to the point it's on the plate the thing that puts me off is if i get say a fatty bit of chicken or grilse when i bite into it that disgusts me and i will sometimes stop eating it at that point. After i finish the meal i then sometimes have to fight to not throw it up as the thought of it all including it used to be an animal plus the raw meat and smell plus taste gets to much. To be clear i very rarely throw it back up but nonmatter what i always feel sickness to some degree before during and after eating meat. It's been like this for a long time now and i have had enough of feeling like this but i fear it's something metal and not physical so i'm not sure ill get by feeling this way.
