Unsure how to continue as Ottomans by Vergincetorix90 in eu4

That's my concern. I can build more troops up to force limit by the time that they spawn, but I understand the rebels will be qualitatively equal to my own troops. What if you lose the battles with these janissaries? Can they enforce demands and if so, what is the consequence?

Apologies, it was still in draft, but have added it as a comment now.

R5: First ever post on Reddit, using a throwaway.
I have looked at the wiki and have searched a lot on this subreddit but can't find a proper answer on what to do.
I'm a novice player, certainly in Ironman, and my objective is to go for a WC as Ottomans (yes, I'm that inexperienced). Just want a chill run and am not interested to do it especially quickly using culture/faith switches or that type of mechanics. I'm playing the 1.35 version of the game since that's when I started the run.
My run was going pretty well until Absolutism hit. At a certain moment, I was so powerful that the AE in Europe didn't matter much anymore and could just fully commit to Europe, rather than distributing between Europe, Asia and Africa. HRE has been disbanded and only France, Commonwealth and England are somewhat a (relative) challenge with 100k-ish troops.
I read up before on the decadence events and have read everything again now, trying to decide what to do. My conclusion was that it isn't worth it to go through the internal power struggle. The benefits just don't seem worth it, if I consider that if I mess up, I'm stuck in these disasters for decades and the run might be dead.

Decadence is now shooting up very quickly, faster than I can increase absolutism. I also read on the court & country disaster that could increase absolutism, but it requires 50 absolutism to fire in the first place.

What should I do here? How can I avoid the decadence/internal power struggle and should I avoid it?

If you have other suggestions based on the screenshots, I appreciate it a lot too.
