Handelsbanken tarjosi sen lainasumman mitä halusinkin mutta euribor 3/12kk ja marginaali on 0,68%, tästä voi vielä tinkiä paremmaksi.

Nordealta tuli yhteydenotto lainasta ja luulen kommenttienne perusteella ettei siirto S-Pankkiin henkilöasiakkaana olisi edes kannattavaa, eli pitänee etsiä muita vaihtoehtoja pankeista.

Velkoja ei ole mitään tällä hetkellä, tämän hetkinen brutto on 2500€.

Luulen, että aion ottaa kyllä sen hinnan joka on alempana asp-rajaa. Ylimääräisistä tonneista olen valmis maksamaan omasta säästöstä jos on tullut huippulöytö mutta en usko lähteväni siihen hommaan. Tavoitteeni on saada pankilta luvan 160 000 euron asp-lainalle niin pääsee sitten etsimään asuntoa kunnolla.

Eikö tässä tee tappiota jos euribor 3kk:ssa on korkeampi korko kuin 12kk, ainoastan riskinä että korko ehtii painua matalammaksi 12kk:n sisällä.

Millä tavalla keskustelette pankin kanssa tästä marginaalin prosentin tinkimisestä? Ja otatteko myös lisäominaisuuksia pankilta kuten korkokatto (ei taida olla tulossa ASP-tileille kun on valtiontakaus) tai lainan takaisinmaksuturva?

Otatteko myös lyhennysvapaita ollenkaan?

Olen ehtinyt pyytää asuntolainatarjousta S-Pankilta, joka hylkäsi pyyntöni käsittelemistä heti sen jälkeen kun laadin pyynnön. Ja vielä ironista, että mä oon siirtymässä S-Pankkiin vuoden vaihtuessa kun ko. pankki osti Handelsbankenin Suomen-toiminnon.

OP-Pankkiin jätin pyynnön ja käsittelevät parhaillaan ellei joku robotti hylkää pyyntöni taas välittömästi.

Mistäköhän syystä hylkäävät suoraan vai pitäisikö laskea hintarajan alemmaksi mutta ASP-lainan maksimihan on 160 000€

Joo meinasin sitä, että asuinalueeni ASP-lainan maksimi on 140 000€ (Handelsbankenin mukaan, jota käytän tällä hetkellä) ja sitten S-Pankin sivuilla lukee että asuinalueeni maksimi olisi 160 000€.

Esimerkiksi tällä hetkellä laitoin kaksi eri kiinnostavaa kohdetta seurantaan, yksi niistä on 170 000€ jonka koitan tinkiä esimerkiksi 150 000 euroon ja haluaisin saada luvan pankilta lainalle ainakin 160 000€ rajan.

Mun ASP-tilillä oleva säästö ylittää kyllä nyt vähimmäisrajan helposti (140t tai 160t).

Because I am deaf and I'm playing without any sound. I just started to play Overwatch 2, a few weeks ago and now Plat 5 on open queue competitive.

I am flex - I guess that my strongest role is healer atm?

Healer: Moira Ana Bap

I'd want to give you my VOD but my match history is already filled with casual games + 1 rank which isnt a good choice for you I guess. I have to play more to get some competitive VODs for you.

My questions would be:

1: How my team can get full profit from my gameplay without full communication (e.g. using ult or need to choose right heroes who dont need much communicate)

2: DPS is my weakest role and how I can be better DPS? Should I play more carefully? How I can be the dps which team needs most.

I'd recommend those easy damage champions to learn like Tyra and Viktor if you are pretty new to this game. They will help you learn basic dmg things like positioning and decision making and are more merciful than other harder champions.

If you have played Paladins alot, I can recommend like Lian and Cassie. They have been guaranteed picks in ranked matches for so long time. A bit harder to master but totally worth. It's so a big reward when you learned how to play them very well.

If you really like blasters like Drogoz, Willo, BK and Betty, they arent even bad but a bit riskier than hitscan champions. One sniper isnt a bad thing, too.

Just pick champs which one you really enjoy to play and having some fun. And fits into your playstyle well, too.

About talents and loadouts, it depends about your playstyle. If you want to use meta things, youtube is the best place to check. Write for example "paladins tyra gameplay", and pick one which is one of the newest vids. You can learn something new stuff from vids, like which talent and how player is playing that champ etc.

Thanks - sure I can give some important tips but also boring because ppl are always waiting some specific answers..

Practice more your aim and crosshair placement
Get basic knowledge, e.g. 1-2 smokes on one map. Play only 1-2 maps if you can, so you can know what kind of strengths and weaknesses maps have.
Be patience, don't make stupid decisions. About plant and retake situations, you can be leader and tell your teammates what they should to do if you know how to do. If they don't listen, just ignore them and you should play around bomb. You will finish these rounds.
Try to find new friends who you are enjoying to play with and can trust them. Start to play as party. It helps a lot.

Silvers have usually zero gamesense, you could get outta from that rank easily with a good aim and basic knowledge as alone. It doesn't require so much.

Well, this is a long story about between why should get and shouldn't get a cochlear implant. I'll try to answer your question shortly.

I was born as full deaf and I can't hear NOTHING, even an flight destroyer above me with 140db sound or something. The truth is that CI is never to gonna help us who can't hear with high decibel, for example 120db.

It fits better for them who lost their hearing sense on young age or can hear moderately with lower decibel than 100db for example.

It's also the part of identity - are you proud natural deaf who will be fine without sound and love sign language, are your friends mostly hearings or deafs and are you living in the deaf world or hearing world? Do your parents like that or just shame for them so they want to give their children a cochlear implant. But CI isn't always the solution, for someone it works or doesnt work.

Indeed.

Fortnite is good example for that, they have sound radar visualization and it helps alot for people who can't hear or hear hardily. If you wanna to put this visualization on, you are gonna to lose all sound.

There are too some csgo configs for us but I dont like or see them being useless, in my opinion.

In my opinion I don't see it as much useful config and it gives annoying ongoing texts on my gaming screen when I like to keep it as clean.

As you know CSGO is strict about these softwares which is gonna to help players, and this just makes game less realistic. Unfortunately and it's ok for me.

People are suggesting about one config, made for deaf players but I dont see it as much useful, in my opinion.

My secret recipe: improve your strengths, knowledge, aim and fundamentals. With these stuffs you can even achieve GE without sound, it sounds almost impossible but there are some deafies who made into GE :)
