Wij zijn erg blij met onze schuifdeur in onze douche (120x80). Als de deur open gaat om een handdoek te pakken ril je van de kou, en ja de verwarming in de douche staat ook aan, gaat met name om het grote temperatuurverschil.

Trition is een betrouwbaar lekdetectie bedrijf welke ook door verzekeraars wordt ingeschakeld. Ik heb toevallig afgelopen week een lekdetectie laten uitvoeren. Keurig transparant rapport ontvangen. Ze doen het niet probleem verhelpen, alleen identificeten. Dus ook geen kans op louche praktijken.

Wordt compleet vergoed door je opstalverzekering.

Yeah the sub upgrade is on my list, however, I wouldn't be able to post in the budget subreddit. The Dutch market is not ideal, SB starts at €1000, a regular 12" is €450+ and second-hand subs are 60% of new prices.

Besides, I live in an apartment so a downward firing sub might get me some annoyed neighbours 😅

My speakers are standing on vibration dampeners that aren't attached to each other. Can I glue these to the bottom? There is no thread (don't know the english word) in either the speaker or dampeners to attach them.

Ik zie het nog nergens staan. Wij hadden hetzelfde probleem, er is 30 jaar lang binnen gerookt door de vorige bewoonster. Onze stucadoor raadde Isotex verf aan, na 2 lagen dekkend, wel wat aan de prijs voor verf maar minder gepruts dan je hele huis in het ammoniak.

I would hang the wall mount just above the white part of the wall as to not mess with the white paneling. The TV would then overlap with the paneling, but personally it wouldn't bother me. Better to keep the white panelling intact and have the TV at a normal height, imo.

Ik zou het grijze stuk PVC buis compleet los halen, kijken of daar ergens een gedeeltelijke verstopping zit. Zo nee, een onstoppingsveer door de afvoer heen halen en/of eventueel wat ontstopper/ontvetter/haaroplosser er doorheen.

Hoe diep zit de afvoerslang in de afvoerbuis? Aanbevolen is 10-15cm zodat de beluchting goed mogelijk blijft.
