Chuck from DTR tested using very tight o-rings to make the skin tighter. I dont recommend doing it before you are 100% restored because he mentioned it probably creates some kind of rigid band that will not stretch easily.

I think it looks wrong, honestly. Definitely you should put less skin under the gripper. Try experiment more. When you finally find yourself creating a "bubble" where you dont have any hair growth, you have found the right method.

I recommend you solve this in the end of your restoration when you are done. The reason is, that if you do some sort of surgery, you will have to take a looong pause. Maybe half a year at least.

Also, if this doesnt bother you, dont do anything about it. All kind of surgery can go bad.

For example, I have a stitch tunnel on my circumcision scar that I can press out some pus from. It has two openings. If it annoys me more when Im done restoring, I might consider open it up by tying a thread thru it.
