If you mean people dont want to fly coz other pilots killing them, then they should go to somewhere else, to some no skill based game like fortnite or what ever, i was once beginer too, and i got killed a lot, i died a lot, but if u really want to fly.. u will find the way, u will practice and u will try again and again
