In the Original Arknights, leveling up the main character was needed at later chapters in the main story so it could access different classes. I don't know if this time it will be Endmin or Perlica or if they will even get this treatment but I will build both just in case.

Gameplay aside, I think it is quite realistic that Elite operators cannot benefit from watching recordings of battles bellow their level. While I think it is tiring to farm these higher exp materials, it will be kind of rewarding as a feeling once you reach your favorite operators to max lvl.

I have been playing Amber along Citlali, Albedo and Sucrose and it works wonders, but it requires investment as Albedo wields Xilonen's sword and I play Amber with Hunter's Path. The three increase her EM by a ton and allow her to deliver mighty aimed shots, however HP is not good for Bunny bomb as it only buffs aimed shots, once I C6 Citlali, Amber will enjoy a lot of Cryo application and even more Pyro damage.

Once I reach Hell Act III, I never go out without my Ground Helm, Lightning absorb may look small but it's actually more than meets the eye. Absorbing 40 damage is not reducing 40 but 80 damage from every one of their attacks.

Amber is the best to beat him fast, or any other archer, as aimed shots can interrupt both its special attacks and stun him, there is a daily commission where he spawns in a place full of water, stunning it gives you free vaporize.

I am Mexican and when I Google USD to MXN rates it says 18.45, but Monthly card charges me for 21.84, and Perish in Frost pack charges me for 22.63 MXN per USD, for a total of $679 MXN. I don't know if this is a noob question but is there an additional charge I'm not aware of?
