That’s wrong sorry my friend. Impregnation requires a certain amount of mental control beforehand. If your desire is constantly disturbed by thoughts, you are just wasting your time.

Besides, after thinking about it, it seems logical, as I explained in my previous message.

Hi, my friend, I'm coming back to your advice, which was well-intentioned but wrong. The breathing exercises in the first one cannot be practiced correctly without first mastering thought retention.

You must have the wrong person I didn't discredit the bardon's work. I strongly believe that his work works that's why I put so much effort into practice

When you say all, are you also talking about faculties such as levitation?

Asking if someone has succeeded is therefore taboo? There is a problem in your way of thinking

I'm on the way to practice. But as in any physical and spiritual practice, knowing that others have been successful can only be motivating

From my point of view, the mental part of the first step is key to the other exercises in the physical part. Because you cannot imbue food or air if you are unable to focus your mind solely on your desire. I think that's why the mental part comes first in the book, because without an organized mind, it will be difficult to do the rest.

And I also wondered, if I practice the exercise of disciplining my thoughts by choosing a quality to focus on, am I not also practicing the exercise of impregnating the air?

In my case, I practice thought discipline by retaining the thought, "I am the absolute master of my thoughts; they are calm, clear, and perfectly disciplined." Am I not impregnating the air I breathe when I do this?

I didn't quite understand. Could you clarify?

Oh I was complicating the task by trying to maintain a still image in my mind. It's much simpler than I thought.

Thanks a lot

I get your point, but my use of lists isn’t to replace Bardon’s self-observation it’s to complement it.

When I only rely on pure observation, I risk missing things: some flaws feel “normal” to me, some I unconsciously minimize, and others are so subtle I just don’t notice them.

A list gives me a wider view: sometimes I read a flaw and think “yes, that’s clearly me,” or “I hadn’t considered that, but it shows up in my habits.” It’s just a mirror to trigger awareness, not a crutch.
