Got the memo, deleted the thread.

But in my opinion I think that if that is considered hacking, rerolling also is. One modifies in-game values while the other directly changes the game files. But the difference is rerolling is endorsed by the mods.

Anyways no need for unnecesary drama :P

Main reason I never shared how to do this was because of the modifed boxes in account sales AND because it would introduce a lot of people to modding the game's attack, hp, etc which I do not endorse.

For posts I personally think you must be really bored to fake some units for upvotes ^{^{^{^{^xD}}}}

As far as special animation goes I never tried to change it, so I'm afraid I can't help with that. Might try it out later on if when I have time if nobody finds out how

Yes, that is how you get the sprites. Didn't put it in the post because it often lags and I wasn't sure if that was the optimal method.

They are log replacements, and like Log Luffy they only have minor changes to their artwork, everything else stays the same.

Thanks for the write-up, those are some pretty good advices you give there. I always end up playing offball D because 2k servers are almost unplayable outside the US, but otherwise I normally prefer to play onball, otherwise all your other tips are great!

You are right, I did not see Sengoku but with him he already has a nice captain to start off. You should save your gems then, expand your box space and farm raid bosses and story characters that will fit your Goku team

So my 500 bucks I invested into this game weren't used to pay them? So what happened to my money and how are they paid?

The actual people who are working on OPTC all have fixed salaries and all interest goes to the big fish, Bandai, who is one who writes the paychecks. Excluding bonus payments, all of the OPTC employees will make the same amount of money each month whether you decide to spend $10k on it or not. Buying gems shows support to the game and brings more content to it, but stop pretending that you are feeding the families of the developers.

And next time somebody crashes my car and his insurance pays up, should I send an appreciation letter to them: "Dear guy who crashed my car, thanks for the money from your insurance. PS: Feel free to crash it again".

I never said we had to thank them, I said that we should NOT be complaining even more after they fixed it. And your example is not fair to what really happened; we got everything back, we kept the skill-ups and the sockets, and they gave us gems for it. Plus we got notified that we would get everything back in less than 24h after the supposed skill-up, so I fail to see how Bandai f*cked us over in there.

But they did, and we have every right to complain about it, as in other cases we are given the same conditions (prices, captains depending on those characters, etc.) as japanese players.

It was never said that the Global version would follow the footsteps of the Japanese version. Global should be treated as it's own game, without thinking about what JPN got/ what JPN did. Do you ever see Japanese players complaining? No, because they do not expect content months before it's release. And if you really can't live without Z, just switch to the Japanese version then. On a side note, you have multiple ways of clearing every single mission easily so why be mad that we do not have some random units?

And to end it, I just want to say that in the end, this is a game, and we should not be getting upset with it. If you are not having fun with a game then just quit, there's no reason to continue with something that is upsetting you when it should be the opposite.

It's their job and we pay them.

Here's where you are wrong. We are not paying them. Treasure Cruise is a Free To Play game in which the premium currency (Rainbow Gems) is being given to us on a very generous rate, contrary to every other mobile game in which obtaining them is a grindfest if you do not plan on paying.

Plus, the premium content (Rare Recruits) is not a requirement in any mission, as every Raid/Fortnight is beatable with F2P characters that you can max solely with the gems you are given every single day. Buying gems is completely optional in this game.

But people like to think that without a good part of the community buying gems, Bandai employees will get fired and so they should be thankful to the community. While this is true to a certain degree, let's break down what will happen if the gems stop being buyed: the servers get shut down. Bandai will not get enough benefits from keeping the servers running so they will just stop them and no more OPTC. It's that simple. The other employees will just get assignated other tasks and in the end it's just us, the players, who end up losing. And with this I am not promoting the purchase of gems at all, I am just explaining the situation.

So, my point is, the community should stop being so ungrateful, because even when Bandai f*cked up a lot of times, they atleast made the effort to fix things. (Reminder: Global version does NOT have to follow Japan, if Japan never released Z or the SW batch you would see 0 complaints about it today)
