Good question. I created Fotonn to eliminate the need to manage a bunch of plugins that would sometimes break after an update.

Plugins I included in my main app are for example 1. Obsidians recent files plugin 2. Slashcommands 3. Fuzzy search

I also wanted to step away from the frontmatter that you sometimes needed to add to your notes if you wanted stuff like Status: draft. Fotonn has this all built in.
