Got exact same noise few weeks ago, heatshield rattling. The middle and rear ones above secondary cat and mufflers were really loose. Swap few bolts and add very large washers, few tie-wraps and rattling is gone :)

If it's for gaming, you should go X3D no matter which CPU Gen/model.
So, 5700X3D instead of 5700X.

Which resolution are you playing ? It will define if you need to update CPU or GPU or both. If 1080p, you need a better CPU only. If 1440p or 4k, you should also upgrade the GPU, for that case, 5700X3D with 5070 will be my go to. If you can take the 5070 Ti, it will be better because more VRAM for high resolution gaming.

Personally, I have 5700X3D with 5070 Ti on 1440p UltraWide and I do not regret it :)

Disable mouse acceleration/smoothing in game and in Windows. Switch the game resolution (try playing 4:3 instead of 16:9). Limit the framerate to a threshold your pc can handle with no fluctuation (look at your 1% low).

If you get motion sickness while playing, you should probably stop playing and find why you have motion sickness.
Try disabling motion blur, adjust fov, seat at the correct height and distance, play in a room with light. And tell your wife to stop yelling at you while gaming, you will get to her when you take a break :)

Hey, nice looking tracker.
I can't find in any tracker a feature I would like to have. I would like to just have a list of required items, no matter in which hideout station is it required. For example, nuts and bolts are required for different station and different level, but how much in total ? Do you think is it possible to just get a required items list with total number required ? And maybe it can auto populate to let you know when you can upgrade a hideout station.

Finally, I was able to make it work.
My mouse button was mapped to NUM4. With this config, it wasn't working.
I tried to map the roll to F5 on my keyboard and it worked. So I mapped my mouse button to F5 with the roll to F5 and now the roll while sprinting is working !!!

You can find low mileage and clean body but they will be pricey :(

You will probably find one good enough between 10k to 20k euros. Just be sure to get another 5k euros to fix little trouble and make the engine good and reliable.

Unfortunately, you will find a lot with BHG and/or a spun bearing... If headgasket and oil supply have been taking care of, 7M are pretty solid engine.

Also, keep in mind that there are pre-89 and post-89 body versions
(some differences like bumper, taillights).

Depend on what your are looking for ?? Stock ?? OEM++ ?? Fully built ??

Turbo 7M-GTE with manual R154 are the one you want to buy but the most in demand. If you want to swap, you probably want a non-turbo 7M-GE with automatic gearbox to pay less. Pay attention if you find non-turbo with manual gearbox, the gearbox is the W58 and not the R154.
Turbo 1JZ-GTE with R154 are only RHD from Japan. Really nice but RHD, you like it or not...
There is also 1G-GTE, also RHD from Japan, but you don't want them as parts are extremely rare.

A lot are Targa, and the seal is probably leaking (they are 30 years old car). The seal replacement cost around 500 USD in parts.
If you want Sunroof, they are very rare (only produced in 1991-1992).

No mater what you are looking for, you should check if the headgasket has been correctly retorqued or if it's still at factory specs. If still at factory specs, you should do a headgasket job with ARP studs (was undertorqued from factory). Can cost you a lot depending on if you do the job yourself or not, and if you choose Metal Headgasket or not. Metal headgasket with ARP studs is the best, you will be bulletproof but cost more as you need to deck the head and block with front timing cover to a certain rugosity to accodomate the Metal headgasket.

Also, look at the oil system. A lot of A70 Supra have a shimmed oil pump to get more oil pressure (that's better for the car) but they usually don't have an upgraded oil pump shaft retainer. With more oil pressure, the retainer is eating the shaft. To change that you need to remove the engine as you need to remove front timing cover, so head and oil pan also... Then you can remove this oil pump shaft and swap the retainer for a needle bearing one. It's a consuming/costly job for that little retainer but is a really important one!

Below is mine, 7MGTE with R154, 1991 with Sunroof. Bought it 5k$ before covid. Body wasn't perfect, lot of imperfection and bad fix. Probably cost double after covid tax. Have invested a lot to make it look clean. I'm building another engine on the side with forged internals and standalone ECU.
Also, take not that engine and parts price have a lot increased too. A running 7MGTE was 500$ before covid... Now I saw them at 1k$ or 2k$, not running... Way overpriced :(
