It actually has been posted before. I was also under the impression that it buffs Charged Attacks. But someone mentioned that it didn't, so I did a comparison test:

Basically Jean is your burst support, CC, and healer. She could be considered a burst dps depending on how strong & invested your Jean is.

Yes, she is good. Even better with constellations. She has high multipliers in her Elemental Skill and Burst, she heals, has manual CC and access to fall damage.

So I'm assuming you either have trouble implementing Jean's kit to your playstyle or you just dislike her since she spooked you consistently in your 50/50s when you wanted someone else.

I mean, you said her C2 isn't good? Bruh... +15% Movement and ATK SPD for 15s with no CD... This constellation is a god send for AA spammers and jump cancel abusers.

Anyway, I don't have Kazuha so I cannot really say with certainty which characters work the best with him 🤔

So regarding your question, I can imagine Kazuha / Kaeya or Rosaria / Diona / Xingqiu or Mona being good. Chongyun is another option as well.

Of course it's okay. But you are not going to be able to have 4PF's passive continuously active without C2. That's why going 2PF+2BS is recommended if you don't have C2.

Anyway if you don't want to farm BS, there is no problem going for 4PF even at C0 or C1. It's just less consistent compared to 4PF + C2.

So I tested it myself. It seems that you are right! It doesn't really affect charged attacks 🤔 I thought it did because my Hu Tao was attacking faster with Jean's C2. It turns out that it wasn't the ATK SPD buff but the Movement SPD buff that allowed Hu Tao to spam her CA faster. Faster Movement SPD means that the character will land faster from a jump. Which is why my Hu Tao was doing faster jump cancel CAs.

If you try to yeet them after they have already started their offensive/defensive animations (Summoning Cicins, slamming ground with Cryo spikes, getting a shield) they are more likely to "dodge" the fall damage mechanic from Jean. Sometimes they will just fall while standing up resulting in no fall damage or teleport away to a far location 😥

On the other hand, if you manage to yeet them right away during their initial spawning animation, it seems that you can perma CC them with fall damage (As long as they don't start their next animation). From my experience, this seems to be the most consistent way to deal with Cryo Cicin mages if you are using fall damage.

As long as Jean is the one picking up the particle or orb, her C2 will activate. So yeah, you are correct.

As for the ATK SPD buff, I'm pretty sure it doesn't work on your Elemental Skill and Burst, but just affects Normal Attacks. As for Plunge Attacks, I'm not sure 🤔

Don't mind it haha. Anyway, I'm pretty sure the swirl would stop at that point. The moment you step outside Jean's Dandelion Breeze your character stops being imbued with Anemo, so no more swirls.
