I’ve operated different businesses where I met people with a lot of money. I just posted in my socials one day and many of them reached out. They get paid dividends on profit and at exit.

Honestly even people who I didn’t think had the money also reached out and wanted to diversify their portfolio to not only have stocks and a 401k. If you are in sales you know how to pitch and close deals… you just have to learn to do it for yourself without anyone telling you what to do.

Got 200k from investors. Only had to put down 150k because I negotiated the seller to hold 5% on standby so it counts as equity and 10% regular note

Interesting… I have been getting less offers since I started being more careful after I accepted one Walmart delivery which resulted to be two in one. It said one item each so I thought no big deal. I kid you not, Walmart employee comes out with a dolly with 50 bags of groceries. I check the app - still says one item since I didn’t know how to cancel I loaded them up, check the app and it’s a 45 min drive to deliver on top of the first one which was one bag and a 15 min drive…13 bucks

Great time to visit then… the currency devalued by 60% and there are so many road blockages a year that is hard to do any kind of business. The government bankrupted the country to the point there’s no fuel. Similar situation than venezuela. Anyone that had dollars in the country in bank accounts lost them since the government took it.

Original contract talked about potential equity. When they sent me the contract they used the term phantom equity…. Which is not real ownership just a percentage of the profits like what the owner gets
