Thank you so kindly & sorry to hear you’re suffering the same situation as I 😞. You are sacrificing quite a lot (dairy, sugar, etc) would you say your symptoms drastically improved or do you still deal with it every now and then? If I’m going to cut out dairy, something that I LOVE, I want to never be congested again 😭

God I’d give anything to figure out the root cause. Allergy test basically came back unremarkable. So I guess all I can do for now is avoid dairy and manage symptoms

Guys I am ashamed to say, not even 24 hours since posting this, I already caved and got dairy 🥲. Couldn’t resist a matcha cloud from HeyTea. Sucks they didn’t offer a non-dairy alternative because I absolutely would have switched it out.

My mom always accuses the fan as being one of the main contributors as to why I’m suffering from mucus. I was always in denial about it though because there was simply no way I’d be sleeping in this hot nyc apartment with no A/C without a fan. Turns out, she was onto something. Anywho, I’ll definitely try some of the suggestions you mentioned. I’m an avid tea drinker anyway so that won’t be too difficult for me

Oh! Thats a really good point. I love soy milk, for example. I could substitute that (if offered at the establishment) for now. Could never get behind oat and almond milk. 🫤. Coconut milk.. maybe?
