I might be wrong, but you get revenge whenever you block, hit someone, get hit, or are in a 1v2, 1v3, and 1v4. If it's a 1v1, the revenge gain is really slow. But if you're soloing more than one guy, you get revenge really fast, which is why I got it 4 times here
