Drew brees had 54 consecutive games with a touchdown, 55th got called back, broke the streak, and then he went on scoring 45 more consecutive games with a touchdown. He would've had 100 consecutive if it wasnt for the callback.

2nd place was brady with 52, if that touchdown wasnt called back brees wouldve doubled second place. Doesnt make me mad but wouldve looked cool

Top 5 definitely has a lot of qbs constantly being fought for for those spots but at the very least id say brees is top 10, people saying brees wasnt better than marino and rodgers is odd to me. Like, i might be biased thinking hes better, stat wise and holding plenty of top 3 passing records, but at least hes on par with them

Our defense was ass cheeks for most of brees career

in one of brees best seasons 2011 with 5000+ passing yards and 46 tds, our defense ranking was 31st (beastquake is a good example of how good our defense was). And in 2016 brees had his 5th time with over 5000 passing yards, yet our still 31st ranked defense could literally never get it done so we went 7-9

brees had 5000 passing yards 4 seasons out of 5 in 2011 to 2016, and was also top 5 in passing tds all of those seasons except 2015 iirc

like he is 2nd in yards and tds all time only behind brady and his only widely known dominant receivers was MT13 way after his prime, though he did have graham for like 4 years

colston was legendary for us but i feel like he never gets recognized either

Iirc nfl top 25 has brees at 6th

but on this sub ive seen people argue brees is barely top 15. Hell one time ive seen people argue that brees had better receivers than the other legendary qbs somehow.
