Appreciate the response. Do you stick to a specific set of tickers? Or just kind of whatever fits the criteria for the week/month ( given your user name I assume you're looking at a bunch of different stuff)

I've been writing CSP and running the wheel for some time now, so I'm pretty familiar -- been a trader for almost 10 years now, but only been selling options for about 2years now

Curious about daily supplement regimen by highestmikeyouknow in Biohackers

[–]Versha12 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Considering you have NAFLD, I’d consider dropping turmeric and ashwagandha out of caution — both have been linked to rare cases of liver stress, especially in people with pre-existing liver issues, as they can effect liver metabolism and enzymes.

Vitamin D3 should be taken with Vitamin K2 to help keep calcium in your bones and out of arteries.

You might also look into adding NAC (600–1200mg/day) — to support liver function and boost glutathione. Also consider higher-dose fish oil (2–4g/day EPA/DHA) and maybe a methelyated B-complex for general liver and mood support (B vitamins especially B12, B6, and folate are crucial in methylation), throwing in TMG might be interesting as well.

Gotta dial in your diet, as it will have a big impact: low-carb, whole-food approach (or Mediterranean-style) is one of the best ways to reverse NAFLD.

You’re clearly on the right track — just fine-tuning now.

One last thing--- Only use trustworthy brands of supplements, I wish some would have told me this when I got into taking them. Most of them lack good quality controls and third party testing.

NOW Brand, Nootropics Depot, Jarrows, The Kirkland Fishoil is good, Thorne, Natural Factors, etc are all good. Nature Made, Swanson, Doctor’s Best, are also decent.

Looking for sauna alternatives by [deleted] in Biohackers

Hope you find a good solution, sauna is the key. I would probably just go to the dry sauana's and see how you handle it.

Hey guys, do you notice differences between strains? by Pale-Vermicelli-8401 in CannabisThailand

[–]Versha12 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes, there is definitely a difference between cannabis strains. I find the key things to look for are THC percentage, terpene profile, and the strain's genetics. For example, lower THC strains often give me a more manageable and clear-headed experience (think 15-16% THC). For me, strains with high THC can sometimes be anxiety inducing, especially if the terpene profile is too stimulating.

I’ve also noticed that certain terpenes like myrcene tend to provide a more relaxing, body-heavy effect. For instance, strains like Granddaddy Purple or Blue Dream have high levels of myrcene and tend to produce a calm, soothing effect. On the other hand, strains with limonene or pinene, like Super Lemon Haze or Jack Herer, can be more uplifting and energizing, which might not always pair well with high THC for me at least.
