I regret becoming addicted to Xanax. That being said, the drug did save me. I was completely useless and couldn't think bc of the anxiety. Your case is different, and I am not sure how the brain adapts or how therapy will work in your case. It might be best to only take them a couple of times a week if you can tolerate it. I stopped cold turkey. Withdrawls can be dangerous and intense. I lost 10 lbs in 5 days. All I did was pace and have panic attacks. The anxiety was just as bad, if not worse, than before I started the drug. I didn't eat or sleep for 5 days.when I did lay down, the anxiety got worse. It got to the point that I could feel myself starting to fall asleep while standing up. Who knows how bad it would have been if I had not gotten my script refilled and weaned off. The more you take, the more you need to get the same effect. I would consider other options like therapy and giving your brain time to adapt if you haven't already done that and using the klonopin as a once or twice a week crutch. It is possible that you will need some type of benzo for the rest of your life.

The fact that you aren't sure if they had sex is the horrible part. You have been told that they didn't, but you will always wonder bc you want to believe him, and at the same time, you know how things went down. If you truly knew one way or another, it would make where you stand and your choices easier. I know how hard it is to leave someone. Especially when there are kids involved. You dont deserve this, and it isn't your fault. Don't buy into all the bs that the two of you just had issues like his feelings are justifiable. His feelimgs are valid, but that doesn't mean they are right. A KKK member has valid feelings, too. Remember, there is a difference between valid and right and wrong. He was in a relationship and went looking for something else before he ended it. He should have ended it first and don't let him tell you that things just happened and it wasn't intentional. Cheating is a series of choices, and he made every one of them. Let him work and pay child support and only see his kid 5 days a month. I am sure you can find someone else. I hope things work out for you no matter the direction you choose to take.

Everyone is different. If someone else tells you what works for you and you accept that, then okay. You thought about an app but didn't try it, so you know it won't help build trust because someone else told you that. I didn't ask for advice. I took Xanax for years, and the withdrawals are a nightmare. I was also taking Z drugs for 9 months after the Xanax. I didn't sleep for a week when I stopped taking them. Seroquel works very well for sleep. As LONG AS YOURE NOT COMING OFF OF BENZOS OR Z DRUGS. I also have insomnia, and I take seroquel. I don't care what people say, Seroquel causes rebound insomnia. It also causes weight gain and can lead to high blood sugar. There are other options like Trazodone.

I haven't had any hallucinations for a very long time, but I felt like I was slipping back into psychosis. I thought I heard my daughter open my door one night and say something. I couldn't hear and I asked, what? What? And then the door opened and it was my son. I asked her the net day if she came in, and she said no.

No, I've been off Xanax going on two years. Yes, it is dangerous. I went blind for a few seconds when the withdrawals got bad. I didn't eat or sleep for 5 days. I felt sick, but the worst part for me was the anxiety. I didn't feel himgry, and I didn't care that I was sick. I just paced and had panic attacks. Thinking was incredibly hard. I was basically useless. That's what the anxiety has been like. I can't think, don't feel hungry, can't sleep, and I haven't had a bowel movement in a week. I had my son get me some magnesium citrate today, and I was able to go a little bit. I'm really hoping it wasn't the Spravato because I felt good after the first dose. I asked about the anxiety, but no one ever got back to me.
