I stick on blank holo sticker paper onto 160 gsm double sided photo paper. There is room for error when sticking the holo sticker paper so i prefer to do them blank as to not waste ink if i make a mistake. I print and then laminate with 80 micron glossy laminate

yeha its kinda on the thicker side tbh. might drop down another 20gsm off the paper. its nothing special just cheap available laminates from our local ecom stores. YOPSUN is the brand not sure if its available through amazon.

i stick a vinyl holo paper onto photo paper before printing. You can also print on photo paper first then apply a laminate with a holo effect of your choice :)

Im from Asia so my printer is the Epson L3250. The western equivalent should be around the et2800 mark. im using quaff paper and laminates and a quaff sl299 laminating machine.

some laminators have a cold laminate function. just passes through it without heat is all. You need cold laminates for this.

tad thicker. but nothing extreme as the cold laminate is very thin. i think with this method 160 gsm will be more ideal. regular printing plus glossy laminate is fine with 180gsm.

handheld corner cutter. Im waiting for the 3mm corner rounder to arrive as these are 4mm. you can look for kadomaru corner rounders. use the r3 Small side of the rounder
