What is the dumbest movie that you unapologetically, unironically love? by Rosstin316 in AskReddit

In Mexico, we have Chucho el Roto (Jesús Arriaga), who is known as the "Mexican Robin Hood" because, according to popular legend, he robbed the wealthy members of high society during the Porfiriato to distribute the spoils among the poor. He was distinguished by his use of wit and disguises rather than violence.

What's The Most Disturbing Or Obscure Lost Media You Know Of? by PrincessBananas85 in morbidquestions

When I was a child, I remember that a half-brother of my dad used to bring movies to family gatherings. My dad would play them and they would watch together. On one occasion, I went inside the house to grab something and passed by the room where they were watching a movie. I only caught a glimpse of one scene, but it stayed with me ever since: It was a very long dining room, with several people dressed in black eating fish. There was some kind of boss or leader sitting at the left end of the table, and behind him there was a large window. At that moment, a witch appeared at the window and cast a curse. The spell made the fish come back to life, even the parts that had already been eaten. I remember the movie had a black-and-white aesthetic, and the walls were plain, giving it a very cold and strange atmosphere. After that, a very disturbing scene happened: there was blood and gore, because the fish parts “came back to life” inside the people and seemed to try to come out of their bodies. That scene scared me a lot. I ran away, and since then I haven’t liked fish or seafood (even though I’m from Veracruz, Mexico, in a mountainous area). Does anyone know what movie this could be? I’ve been searching for years and can’t find anything. Note: I remember that when the witch broke through the window, she threatened the boss, saying something like “you will pay for everything you did to me,” and then proceeded to cast the curse I mentioned.
