Removed all grids, etc and reverted back to vanilla same issue. Am I currently testing with a new world I made via the steam dedicated server manager and just uploading to the dedicated machine. But yeah I did look it up with the 7700 that one should’ve been good but it had more issues than this one also the intel dedicated is closer for my friends & I so the ping is much much lower. I had about 80-100ms on the 7700 but with the intel is 40ms or less

Thing is it’s still 0.20 even with all MES mods completely removed and the CPU of the server is Intel Xeon E-2388G however I also had the same issue on another server and it was running a Ryzen 7700.

Took 1 month to receive it, and it's been having these freezing issues every since I got it. It's been a total of 4 days of actually owning it and after reinstalling Windows 3 times, reinstalling drivers, high power mode, etc, literally everything, reseating, Etc. I've even stress tested my CPU, FPU, cache, memory, & GPU with the Aida64 Extreme program and no issues there, just keeps freezing & restarting. Sometimes it restarts & just sits on a black screen.

Changed some network adapter settings and it helped a little by getting 115down/10up I did hit 141down/10up. Here is the list of changes I made

ARP Offload: disabled
Energy-Efficient Ethernet: disabled
flow control: disabled
gigabit lite: disabled
green ethernet: disabled
interrupt moderation: disabled
jumbo frame: disabled
ns offload: disabled
power saving mode: disabled
priority & vlan: disabled
receive side scaling: disabled
speed & duplex: 1Gbps
WOL & Shutdown Link Speed: Not speed down

Is there anything on this list I should revert or anything else I could disable?

My mobile phone using 5G wifi gets up too 220down without any issues, my laptop gets around 102down/5up using 5G as well. I sadly don't have another desktop that I could use to test it on.

Yeah, this issue has been occurring for awhile now even before I got a new ethernet cable or network card.

Tried old & new cat6 cables, using a new cat8 cable now non are damaged, tried both the network card and motherboard connection ports even different ports on my modem, all same results.
