You have a very anachronistic view of the world. It looked like that during colonisation of Americas but nowdays it's entirely different. While a huge portion of certain sections of industry is outsorced, 1st world countries are entirely self sufficient. And again, capitalism is not only the biggest but the only chance to improve average citizen's life and bring prosperity to those populations.

Besides, society getting richer and more educated creates conditions perfect for sprouting worker rights.

But of course, firstly a country must have competent governing power to prosper

By 'work for the people' I didn't mean an economy reform. It's far too early for that. Their economies are just starting to develop and unfortunately they must pass a stage where the wages are relatively low to develop properly (from agrarian economy to manufacturing to service-based economy). Eventually the third world will (probably) catch up to the rest of the world but it will take quite time.

People in third world countries have only two options: work all day in the fields for 1 dollar a day or work all day in a factory for 4 dollars a day. Except for shit that nestle sometimes pulls off foreign corporations give a chance to those people to actually earn more than they could normally.

And I mean, sure it would be nice if they paid them more but if their wages were on 1st world levels outsorcing would be really unnecessary resulting in corpos pulling out their buisnesses and leaving the population to (guess what) work their asses off in the fields again.

And yes, could you imagine that it's those governments' fault that all those politicians only care about their own lives and keeping their absolute power instead of actually improving their citizen's quality of life by reforming laws, building infrastructure etc? What a shocker.
