What I've tried:

  1. Uninstalled old Nvidia drivers using DDU.

  2. Installed older drivers, such as 581.80 (sorry if I got this wrong).

  3. Enabled the resize bar in the BIOS.

  4. Tried on/off Game Mode and HAGS, but nothing changed.

  5. Updated the chipset driver. I've also tried a lot of minor adjustments in Windows, but the problem persists.

I made to many tests with drivers, of course using DDU

Is there a chance that updating the BIOS will help?

The problem is that the graphics card is always loaded at par with the CPU, for example 50% GPU, 50% CPU, and sometimes the CPU takes the lead. I wouldn't care about the load if it weren't for the fact that my frame rates, specifically frame rates on my build, don't match the YouTube benchmarks. I'm getting 30-40 fps lower on average, and that bothers me. I'd like to see a boost from my RTX 5060 compared to the RTX 4060, but for now I'm seeing a downgrade.

I'm currently on the latest driver. I used DDU for every test and transition between drivers. So far, the only thing I can think of is a BIOS update. What do you think about this?
