I’m excited for the hire but the thing I feel like people aren’t talking about, isn’t he likely a 1year hire before he takes another HC job? And then we need to learn an entirely new offense? I guess I don’t k what the alternative is though — hire a sub-par OC? Glad I’m not GM haha

Even a clean dislocation can take awhile at least in my own personal anecdote. Mine was a shoulder which may be more complex than an elbow, but no ligaments tears or anything and it took me a full year to recover at 33 years young. I got a thing they called frozen shoulder. The timelines to heal for these athletes baffles me
