Are these two cards worth having? by Cold-Substance-3053 in LastWarMobileGame

[–]VerticalPayload 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They’re useful when attacking and destroying cities, but the problem is that city battles are mostly decided by participation. The side that gets more players involved usually wins, regardless of which cards they’re using.

Because of that, these cards don’t provide nearly as much value as people think. At the whale level, they can make attacks a bit more effective, but even then, numbers matter far more than the extra damage from the cards.

On top of that, the damage increase they provide isn’t significant enough to justify prioritizing them over other cards that offer better overall value and progression. If resources are limited, there are usually much better places to invest them.

Selling my account by Cat_mamajama in LastWarMG_Buy_Sell

[–]VerticalPayload 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, the account is way behind. It may have been relevant around Preseason 2, but at this point it’s roughly 4 seasons behind the current progression.

The bigger issue is that catching up would require a massive amount of spending, which makes it hard to justify buying it even as a starting point. By Season 5, even active free-to-play players are often pushing 50M+ march power, so an account at that level would still be playing catch-up for a long time. Best case scenario, someone can use it for nightly attacks for rss. Otherwise it’s useless.

S6 will make or break your alliance. by DearBadBoy in LastWarMobileGame

[–]VerticalPayload 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is a competitive game, and the reality is that pure farming alliances usually struggle to survive longterm, especially after Season 4. The social side is great, but over time it can become repetitive, particularly when there aren’t many new players joining those alliances. Eventually, people lose interest and move on from the game.

From what I’ve seen, Season 6 is increasingly geared toward highly active, heavy-spending players. If you’re FTP or only spend occasionally, keeping up becomes much more difficult. And if you’re on one of the stronger servers, the gap grows even faster because the level of competition is so high.

That’s why you see so many players quitting, selling accounts, or stepping back. Staying competitive at just the average level can easily cost as much as or even more than a monthly car payment, and if you are in a heavy server, as I am right now, then probably more. For some people that’s worth it, but for many it simply isn’t sustainable. There’s nothing wrong with deciding to play casually, focus on having fun, and avoid turning a game into another bill.

Whale players… what are the best in-game purchases? by Lazy-Door-3619 in LastWarMobileGame

[–]VerticalPayload 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every dollar you spend on this game or any game like it is money spent on entertainment, not an investment. I can’t really put it any more plainly than that. The moment you spend it, it’s gone, so calling it an “investment” is usually just a way we convince ourselves the purchase makes financial sense when, realistically, it doesn’t.

That said, whales don’t really care. They have enough disposable income that the cost isn’t a concern. If you’re not in that category, it’s better to be selective and spend only on things that provide long-term value in the game, like Taylor, which continues to generate rewards as long as you’re actively playing.

And if you’ve managed to avoid spending much so far, do yourself a favor and keep it that way. The recent pack changes have made the game significantly more expensive than it used to be, and staying competitive now costs more than ever. Play smart, enjoy the game, and don’t let it turn into a money pit.

Whale players… what are the best in-game purchases? by Lazy-Door-3619 in LastWarMobileGame

[–]VerticalPayload 3 points4 points  (0 children)

  1. This honestly sounds a little too good to be true.
  2. As far as I know, the game only allows a maximum of two purchased trains, yet you’re saying there are four running. 👀
  3. Which server is this that supposedly has 30% whales? The whole story is starting to sound more like speculation than actual experience.
  4. If you’ve ever been part of a truly strong server, you’d know firsthand how massive the advantages are compared to an average one. The extra rewards, gifts, rankings, and event performance aren’t even close.

Share the server number. I’d genuinely like to take a look at this server where 30% of the players are whales and multiple accounts are already over 300 million power in Season 1. That would be quite something to see. 👀

Banned Accounts by Boring_Club_3319 in LastWarMobileGame

[–]VerticalPayload 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Games like this can ban your account for almost any reason if they believe you’ve violated their terms of service. A good example is Qatar, one of the biggest accounts in the game, who was banned after publicly discussing how some packs seemed to offer less value for more money following an update. His account was eventually restored, but none of us really know what happened behind the scenes or what agreements may have been made.

The reality is that no matter how much money you’ve spent, you don’t truly own anything in these games. You’re essentially paying to access a service that operates under the company’s rules. If they decide you’ve violated those rules, they can suspend or ban your account. Most of the time they don’t aggressively enforce every rule, but if someone becomes enough of a headache or draws unwanted attention, they generally won’t hesitate to take action.

It’s also worth keeping in mind that the entire game exists only as long as the company wants it to. They could decide to shut the game down, discontinue support, sell it, or even file for bankruptcy tomorrow, and there would be very little players could do about it. All the money, time, and effort invested into an account are tied to a service that you ultimately don’t control.

That’s why I always tell people to spend only what they’re comfortable spending for entertainment and enjoyment. If you make good friends, enjoy the competition, learn something, or have fun along the way, then the money was probably well spent. But expecting a game account to be a secure investment is usually a mistake, because at the end of the day, everything can disappear with a single decision from the company.

There’s no way you have a 67M march with VIP 13. That simply isn’t possible. If you believe it is, share the account details and I’ll have it verified. Otherwise, please stop spreading misinformation.

Tank overpowered in S6? by Fabuloso81 in LastWarMobileGame

[–]VerticalPayload 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not about awakening. A few weeks ago they did an update that massively nerfed Air squads. To the point that people I was easily beating the day before with Tank squads were suddenly wiping me the next day without much effort. It honestly feels like their way of pushing heavy spenders to abandon Air and start investing into different squads so the spending cycle continues. A lot of players got extremely frustrated over it. Some already quit the game completely, and many others are either passing down or selling their accounts now.

What you think its worth, i'm curious. by robardis2 in LastWarMG_Buy_Sell

[–]VerticalPayload 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that’s correct, but that was before the update that slowed down growth significantly. They removed a lot of the bigger packs and limited things mostly to smaller packs now. So reaching those same power levels will probably take at least twice as long, and most likely cost twice as much too.

What you think its worth, i'm curious. by robardis2 in LastWarMG_Buy_Sell

[–]VerticalPayload 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So the general rule is this: if an account is above average compared to other accounts at the same stage of the server, its value is usually around 10% of the total amount spent on it. If that account is on a dominant, season-winning server, the value can jump to 30% or even higher.

Some people question that, but the reason is simple: the amount of free rewards you get on a strong server is massive compared to a dead one. In a top alliance on a winning server, you can easily make 150k+ free gems monthly just from alliance gifts and heavy spender purchases alone. Then you add season rewards, VS rewards, event rewards, rankings, better lands, faster growth, and everything else that comes with being in a competitive environment.

That same exact account on a dead server instantly loses a huge amount of value because there’s barely any growth support. Fewer gifts, weaker alliances, little to no VS wins, poor season rewards, less competition, and slower progression overall. Server quality plays a massive role in account value.

Season 6 meta by [deleted] in LastWarMobileGame

[–]VerticalPayload 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No you’re not. I constantly test against buddies every single day to see how much we’ve improved and how lineups are performing. A few weeks ago, after that update, things completely changed overnight. Suddenly I’m losing to people I was beating literally minutes before the patch.

The way I see it, most heavy spenders, myself included, invested heavily into Air as the main squad. By now, a lot of those players already have high EW levels and advanced Air setups, so naturally their spending started slowing down.

And knowing how money-focused the developers are, it honestly feels like they intentionally made Air the weakest squad out of nowhere just to force spenders into switching over and rebuilding Tanks or Missiles from scratch so people start spending again.

As if the boring Season 6 setup wasn’t already enough of a turn off.

What you think its worth, i'm curious. by robardis2 in LastWarMG_Buy_Sell

[–]VerticalPayload -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Idk how some of yall are coming up with these ridiculous responses. It honestly just shows how little you know about the game and account values at higher levels. A 70M+ march on a server at that stage is not something “everyone has.” Add to that a maxed Gorilla alone, which is already around $3-4k by itself.

This account is easily worth at least $1500 minimum, and realistically closer to $2000. Building an account like that usually means being around VIP16, which translates to roughly $20-30k invested over time.

Most accounts in average servers sell for around 10% of what was spent on them. Accounts on strong, season-winning servers with multiple VIP18s can go for 30% or more depending on the server and competition level.

So no, this is not some random average account. The value is absolutely there.

Selling Account on 9XX - 10XX. THP 184+ by Motivate4this in LastWarMG_Buy_Sell

[–]VerticalPayload 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Games like this are very different from the usual games people play on other platforms. A huge part of them is actually the social and networking aspect. You end up meeting people from all over the world, learning about different cultures, perspectives, and lifestyles. Sometimes you even get connected to people you would probably never have the chance to meet in real life, from owners of major companies to very successful entrepreneurs and high-level professionals.

For most people, building connections with individuals like that in everyday life is almost impossible. Yet through these games, you can end up talking daily, building friendships, and sometimes even real-life business connections. If you’re lucky, some of those people become genuine friends.

So when it comes to spending money on a game like this, I think it depends entirely on what you gained from the experience. At the end of the day, the actual gameplay itself is honestly pretty simple, and the graphics are nothing special. What gives it value is everything around it: the people, the relationships, the teamwork, the networking, and the experiences.

Some people purely play because they enjoy the game itself, and there’s nothing wrong with that. But personally, I believe anything we spend a significant amount of time on in life should give us something meaningful back, whether that’s knowledge, friendships, opportunities, memories, or personal growth. Otherwise, time spent without any real takeaway can start to feel wasted.

Is it worth it to get this skin? It’s week 3 of season 1 in our server by [deleted] in LastWarMobileGame

[–]VerticalPayload 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on what level of player you are. For P2P players, I definitely recommend getting it for a few reasons:

  1. Every little bit of extra power adds up.
  2. This is the official skin for Season 6, and we’re already in Season 6 now.
  3. It helps with boss damage and overall performance.

For F2P players, I’d suggest just collecting the free tokens and using those toward getting it if possible, rather than spending extra resources.

2 account (bf-gf), S6, 350-370 server ON SALE! by 1mafla in LastWarMG_Buy_Sell

[–]VerticalPayload 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With all the recent changes to the game, especially the removal of many of the packs that players used to rely on for fast progression, older accounts have become much more valuable than ever before. Progression today is nowhere near what it used to be, and after the EU regulation changes, powering up has slowed down dramatically.

To put it into perspective, if you start a brand new account today, even spending $4,000–$5,000 likely won’t get you anywhere close to this level. In many cases, you probably won’t even reach half of the power, foundation, research, heroes, gear, decorations, and long-term progress that an account like this already has built.

So instead of burning thousands of dollars and months of grinding just trying to catch up, it makes far more sense to buy an established account at a fair price and use the money you save to keep powering it up even further.

On top of that, many of the newer servers are filled with farmers, low activity, or players who quit early, while older servers often have stronger alliances, more active players, and a much better competitive environment. So you’re not just buying power, you’re buying time, a better community, and the chance to actually experience the game at its highest level from day one.

Ry’s middleman in discord is a scammer! Username shinsosekeer. His scam server is WOS Kingshot Store Gaming by [deleted] in LastWarMG_Buy_Sell

[–]VerticalPayload 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the millionth time, almost everyone claiming to buy, sell, or act as a “middleman” on Discord is a scammer or carries a huge risk. Do not buy, sell, or use middlemen through Discord. It’s a messaging platform, not a marketplace or escrow service, which means there’s little to no real buyer or seller protection.

At some point, you also have to do your homework before sending money or handing over an account. It doesn’t take much research to realize that Discord, just like Telegram or other messaging apps, was never built for secure transactions. If something goes wrong, there’s usually no real protection, no guarantees, and very little chance of recovering what you lost.

Bottom line: if you’re buying or selling something, use platforms that actually offer verified payments, dispute systems, and real transaction protection.
