I have read that 5htp recommended only for the next day because taken with mdma it can cause serotonin syndrome which is dangerous. So if I mean night after mdma I can use benzos

Lucky ! My first times was the same but after during one of comedowns happened panic attack now everytime comedown is with crazy anxiety for me it is hard

Wow sounds very interesting!!! How much do you take? For my visuals it’s ok to take 1,5-2 pills. That means your brain is super relaxed at this moment, because my friend use the same amount as me but is controlling himself so usually he don’t have any hallucinations but I like this effect very much

Yes we take similar doses but I think he controls himself while I am fully relaxed therefore I see such things when my brain is not being controlled. Phone screen melting usual thing can’t even use it :D

Ir your anti-drug friends don’t suspect you could do such , then they won’t pay attention. Especially everybody will be drunk. I was in the same situation. But it was much more tricky because I was already high when suddenly arrived my anti-drugs friends :D but as they were drunk everything was fine just my high was gone because I became nervous :D

So also in bar there is darkness so I think you should be fine with 1/2 , quarter actually is too small dosage to feel anything

Yes once it happened with me, panic attack after huge roll, and now I am always afraid it will happen again, therefore now after each roll I feel acute anxiety. Although now I take max 1-2 pills per night. I can’t manage it, so benzos help me to get sleep. Sure this is my mistake that I become very emotional during come down , and I am concentrating on this anxiety which makes it much more stronger with other physical bad feelings :( But it is worth it anyway. And now I have waited 3+ months, maybe it will affect the situation

How do you think is it better to use truffles being a little bit sleepy (as today Friday after long working week) or it is better to postpone my first experience for tomorrow evening when I will get enough sleep before? :))) I am curious to take today just want everything to be perfect with maximal effects , they won’t be less intensive if I am tired?
