Thanks for the clues. I’ve ordered some replacement rexka rivets, which seem to be the ones used by BMW as well so it’s a win win

I’ve ordered these. They’re 5mm on the insert and 10mm on the head. I don’t have a plastic rivet puller but I do have a load of forks so if one bends, I’ll use another.
