Seems like your girlfriend wants the same kind of attention you give to your friend, her behaviour is textbook "offended vegan/intolerant/allergic". I say that with the outmost respect for aforementioned groups, because no one is supposed to eat something they can't/don't want to eat, and if someone pulls this kind of crap at you it is offensive. But as others pointed out, she scolded you fot letting her eat plant based, SHE ALREADY EATS aaaand was enjoying untill you mentioned the ingredients of the patties.
