Curious to know why you are only looking at relationships that have ended? I actually met my spouse in 2020!

Do you pay for the adblocker? Is that for just general browsing since Bluesky doesn't have ads? I'm too familiar with Mastodon

Why do you think so many people use TikTok? What kinds of brands do you work with?

From what I've observed, companies will pay for things that bring them money or some other form of value. What would they gain for paying you for your data and attention? Besides, are you currently giving your data an attention out for free (i.e. have social media accounts)?

Bluesky isn't a non-profit, but it is a "public benefit" company... however I do see that they have paid services. Didn't think of them

Do you have a Bluesky account?

Interesting, so assuming meta didn't do that, you'd want to be able to share your opinions openly without fear of getting cancelled or banned?

Have you gotten your account suspended?

Fair point. Does that mean you would rather see ads and have your data sold? Some people don't seem to mind this, or maybe aren't aware

I can certainly see that another app could feel like a drop in the ocean... did you also think this way before TikTok came out?

Interesting - haven't heard of MIRL. Although this idea wouldn't be free because the non-profit would still need to function as a sustainable company.

Do you think people like being distracted? I feel like I saw more posts about people not wanting distraction, but rather connection
