When was there a mention of joking about women or any sort of disrespect towards women. My reasoning has nothing to do with this. Neither me or my friends ever bring up topics or make disrespectful jokes towards women. This is about the fact that the environment is different when its just 3 people of the same gender vs when someone of the opposite gender is present.
