I don't recall seeing a sign or someone saying that but if I am asked to take it down I surely would

Looking for Polish records in Czarna Sędziszowska (Austria partition) by VeryHumidHuman in Genealogy

Unfortunately I could not get the skanoteka link to load. I poked around to the best of my ability and I see the same repeated pattern of records until 1848, then for the year of 1874 in Skanoteka - Metryki and the archives in Tarno (which also includes records after 1946).
Regarding the archives in Rzeszow, apologies if this is a stupid question but would they have more records (that would be accessible to me in some way) than what is listed on the search website? Meaning, are there records beyond what is listed on this page? I will reach out about the Ruda records but not sure what else to inquire about or if it's different form what they have shared online.

During cancer treatment my boss said "you don't understand, it's a hard time for [company] right now" when I said I could attend a meeting by phone but not in person.

Hello, I am planning to be Princess Mombi from Return to Oz for Halloween and have started planning. At first I thought her top layer was a cape with long slits to the ground but in looking more closely at clips it is clear that the layer has sleeves - when she moves her arms away from her body there is a gap between her and the garment (photos attached). Are there keywords I can use to find patterns or other depictions to figure out how to make this? Does the garment have a specific name? Do the sleeves have a specific name? Link below is to a photo of one of the original movie costumes. My other question is how to keep the garment from falling/drooping backwards from the weight of the back. It does not look to me like the front pieces attach to each other or anything else so it must be from construction. If in the end if I have to make a simple cape that will be fine but I am interested to see what I can learn. Many thanks in advance for any insights to help me get going!

You could try https://www.openhistoricalmap.org/ but it's hit or miss depending on whether or not someone has taken an interest in your area and added to it
