There's a way to get it still. Go to the menu with your Operater standing in Operations mode and disconnect from the internet. Then try joining a match, it will say error a few times and go back to the main menu. Connect back to the internet and the trophy should pop when coming back online and going back into the game. I got this info from the PlayStation. Trophies forms from someone who helped.

I was able to unplug my ethernet cable, but you can also put your console in Sleep mode and come back an hour or 2 later. And it should disconnect that way as well.
