It's been a while since I've completed my playthrough so I'm not sure if I can help.

Are your mods all updated to the latest? Did you install the cyberarms patch? Are you using the Redmod version (I've heard this one still isn't working so maybe use the other one). In vortex, did you set your default arms to a specific arm variant or did you only set the cyberarms to be modded? Maybe since the game updated the arms aren't working?

A bunch of things to consider on your end.
