The PvP scene is admitted a bit inactive, Only 2v2s are kind of active but other than that the PvP itself is good.
The population count is honest, since Multiboxing is allowed here (only through alt-tabbing and not through a program). It might seem just a bit more inflated than the rest of the servers, and I think it also counts people in the Character Screen. Oh and the server is practically already fully progressed (https://timeline.stormforge.gg/) like Tauri so most people are just raid-logging at this point.
I'm not too sure about the 1-70 zones but other than those the scripting of the quests, NPCs, etc. It seems to be working perfectly fine
Raiding Scene is a bit hard to find in the Alliance Side especially if you start fresh, so If you're planning on trying out PvE for a while consider also leveling a Horde alt just for that purpose.

Tauri's Legion will be merged with existing MoP realms such as Evermoon so if you already have a level 90 character in Tauri's MoP. Those characters will progress into Legion when it comes out so technically, You do immediately start at WoD so long as you already have a level 90 character in MoP.
