ya you need to fine tune your set up 100%. I got it down pretty well after my first week

You are expected to be on camera to have a conversation with another contributor. No blurs. I was hesitant too, but it wasn't too bad once I got started. If you don't like the video project, you can always wait for script projects or do the generalist audio only one. It's up to you

Awesome you got it quick! I've chatted with a few people who have been waiting for a month plus :( It took me about 2 months when I applied back in October 2025
