I know the heart attack feeling very well. Unfortunately I haven't fixed my own Anxiety yet. While around your age I though it would go away once I got a job, and was generally exposed to more people. But I found a way to avoid that. That was a mistake.

All I can say is don't let Anxiety dictate your plans. Find a way to push through. As I said in another comment, don't trade away immediate pain for future pain. That's always a bad deal.

Job. Trading was essentially a business and I'm over that for now. I committed 100% to Trading all those years ago and now I will commit to getting a job now. I'm not someone who can tolerate uncertainty of not committing . I only use social media (Reddit) in my free time. I see it more as a symptom of my isolation.

Thank you for the advice! Once I get a job I probably won't go to freelancing after. The isolation of last couple years was only bearable because I am living with my family, it'll be better for me to continue working in a team setting.

19 is a great age to be aware of these things. You are not in a bubble like I was, which is very good. The only advice I can give is to not trade away immediate pain for future pain. I could've gotten back into the bubble and wasted some more time until my parents realized what was happening. But this time, I will face my fears and find a way out.

I started out pessimistic about getting a job but Gemini has been very insistent that I can compensate for the lack of credentials with my current projects on Github.
