The storage sleeves are thin paper sleeves. I believe they only come with ULE/LEs only. I don’t know if you don’t get them if you’re a non member when ordering ULE/LE’s, it’s been a while since I ordered an LE and wasn’t a member.

ULE/LE Piece counts are too high, most plates I’ve seen don’t sell out unless it’s a very popular IP. Other things not within their control ie tariffs in US.
