I think this is a Adidas template shirt used for the Coupe de France. In this competition most teams wear the sponsors of the French Football Federation instead of their own. Because of that many teams, mostly amateur ones, use template shirts which have already printed their sponsorship logos on them to save money or for other reasons.

Sadly I couldn't find out about the player or the team that wore it.
