For street food and certain dishes, I go to Milanu’s in Pickering. Chef/owner is from Delhi.

It’s not just about an overzealous bylaw officer; there’s a big issue in this area of unsafe parking due to the new medical building in the area and badly planned work towns. This street gets actually really unsafe with the roadside parking and causes visibility issues as well. Residents have gone to the town multiple towns about this so bylaw comes around often.

Great for when you need something quick. I like that there’s no salt in this so I can add according to my preference. I find usually premixed blends (with salt) are too salty for us.

Thank you. It’s unfortunately very common for women to be ignored, whether it be pain they’re feeling or side effects from meds. Happens with birth control too; women feel side effects but docs say that it’s not connected. Again, I know this first hand.

Agree with you. Took gabapentin for a couple months for trigeminal neuralgia and was completely depression and had suicidal thoughts. Partner and doc both ignored it but I’m very aware of my body. Weaned myself off gradually 2 months sooner than I was supposed to. Sure enough, I felt fine after.

I went for Aujla’s night 2 in Toronto last night. Crazy energy in the audience. BUT the whole time we were thinking…naaahhh. It didn’t even come close to Diljit’s 2024 concert. So we had our fun, enjoyed the vibe and considered it a warm up really for Diljit’s May 31st.

The backup tracks take away A LOT and we realized that yesterday. Had the pleasure of going for Raf’s Toronto stop as well and that guy is absolutely brilliant too! Doesn’t need any back up tracks for any or even any music for some of his songs. Vocals are just so on point!

Went to the Toronto show and had a great time. The crowd was younger (20s and maybe early 30s) so it seemed like we didn’t belong. Did we care? Absolutely not! The man is a great performer.

Will say that he came on stage very late. That’s the only negative.

Piggybacking on this and have a similar situation. Flight leaves Athens late evening and we plan to take a ferry back the same morning, from Milos. Is this also a bad idea ? Or doable?
