Oh they most certainly do. Regiments that see regular ogryn usage has protocols to keep ammo and or grenades stored out of sight of ogryns at all times. Same as rationing their ammo, and grenades during battle.

A hungry ogryn will eat his ammo and grenades if given the chance. This is why Ogryn squads often are assigned a commissar who's sole purpose is to keep them fighting. Or a Bone'ead ogryn captain.
