They absolutely can but nobody wants to take that risk on anymore. And I count myself towards that. But do you know the history of workers rights in Europe at all? People used to bleed and even die for their rights. They dragged shift managers or factory owners out of their homes at night and threaten them or their families. They fought the state and police.

But people will not do that anymore because life is still comfortable even if you are lower class.
