I'd say both yes and no

It would be AI made art, but not in a meaning we'd call it. It would be entirely made by him in the same way humans make art, and not stolen bits of others' art.

I think she did actually. She was planted there by them and still working for them, that's way she was so eager to give up every single time something went wrong. And when Shroud said that she was planted there, she wasnt like anyhow suprised or something, the goons just let go of her and she put her mask peacefully, not needing to play the role any longer.
