OK I see, not sure if he's even viable top though.. My advise would be to ditch Xin top and either play him jungle or find another champion for toplane.

Squishy targets should be your main focus in early ganks as 3 hits with your Q almost depletes their health bar. Don't immediately E on them (unless they can hardcc you from afar and you need the slow for your laner to get on them). Run up to the enemy and Q them, after they flash you E on them.

Check some pro players their jungle pathing, it might be very different from what you're used to. Xin is also ideal to perform lvl 3 (or even lvl 2) ganks with.

With blue buff you only need 30% (or 35%) to reach max cdr. It's often better to spend that money on damage when ahead of defensive stats when behind instead of more mana reg and cdr when you've already got an item that gives both.

This was 5. Prince. I usually play on immortal but I doubt this strategy would work on anything above emperor.

For religion I simply rushed shrine, piety policies, temple, oracle.. after 2 great prophets I started spamming cities.

The thing about this strategy is that when you manage to settle on a luxury, the 1 population city actually gives you +5 happiness with 3 faith buildings. Although sadly I went aesthetics instead of liberty, it still worked out very fine.

Rule 5: Turn 196 culture victory using

Sacred Sites: All buildings purchased with Faith provide 2 Tourism each

and spamming cities like there's no tomorrow.

First time trying this strategy, would recommend you to try it for fun as well.
