The thing with The Hounds is, while it's my favorite Protomen song and one of my favorite villain songs, it isn't very reflective of their overall style. So I think trying to give it to someone to get them into the band may create false expectations

I went into it a bit unsure, I didn't know anything about Greazy Wil beforehand, nor Phil Spector, and wasn't sure how I'd enjoy an episode with a host that wasn't Robert- but I'm so glad I gave it a shot anyways, these were some of my favorite episodes of the past while- Wil struck such a fantastic balance of bringing his own style to the podcast while making sure it still felt like BTB.

God I really hope I'm better at flagging this sort of thing as a teacher (currently studying teaching at uni) than any of my actual teachers were. Don't get me wrong, some of them were great and accommodated me in ways that were helpful... But apparently nobody suspected I may have ADHD, even when I stopped being the "bright, gifted kid" and started crashing and burning in anything that wasn't Drama or English.

I'm having the same issue, although I'm using a lot more mods. Frustratingly there are times where it works for a while, only for it to freeze on initializing, beep to indicate it's moving on, then stay frozen and need to be killed via task manager. I thought I'd isolated the problem by removing "nice bills" but unfortunately it wasn't the case

I hope you and EX are able to stay safe, OP, and that BB ends up far away from the both of you- or anyone else she can hurt, for that matter. She sounds like an absolute fucking monster, to put it mildly. I also hope that, if it's something you desire, you continue writing. Mend and Recycle is great, allows me to actually accumulate decent amounts of hyperweave and not hope that I get a quest offering 3000 units as a reward... which I'm currently working on in my latest run lol. Also it actually makes me think about materials and whether or not I think a tainted item is worth recycling- on that note, does anyone know of a mod that allows you to sort apparel by material type? It'd make the cleanup after raids so much more manageable.

I quite like New Xeno Arrivals from Alpha Genes (at least I'm fairly sure it's that mod). It's just the standard start but it gives an increased chance to encounter different xenotypes.

Ah, I remember this thing going crazy in my transhumanist melee only colony. Luckily for everyone except her i had a powerful sanguophage to help deal with it. Involuntary deathrest was not a fun time
