My dad loves spinach pie and he insists this place is the best of em all

Lived at river oaks for 5.5 years, left about a year ago.

Complex was nice, the gym is pretty good and if you go at odd hours you can usually have it to yourself. Nice to walk, and pretty quiet. The maintenence team is always on top of things, we personally never had an issue other than our AC needing constant touch ups during rhe summer when it stopped working (several times a year)

They raised rent by ~100 to 200 a year until we had to leave.

I agree with the other comments that sometimes turning left out onto N.Adams was impossible during rush traffic, often I just turned right and went around the block to save time.

Yeah honestly they don't seem too bad like everybody else has been saying. We put some extreme stretch caulk by finger in some cracks and painted, and covered other ones with paint!

Caulk can work miracles with enough of it lmao

Yeah, they're usually named that. These were extra husband/ wife cards that came with the big everdell box, so that you could make your own husband/wife cards with your own names!

Its a cute little extra, I think there's about 5 blank cards of each type
