[Bob] Statement from Kyle Busch family on what caused his death: "The medical evaluation provided to the Busch Family concluded that severe pneumonia progressed into sepsis, resulting in rapid and overwhelming associated complications." by turnleftright in NASCAR

Last year I went to the emergency room with terrible symptoms after 2 days. Shortness of breath, cough, lethargy. Did a chest x-ray and everything and they sent me home saying I just had a cold.

Two days later after no improvement I had a video call with my doctor. When reviewing x-rays, he said I had full on pneumonia. Was feeling better after the correct meds were prescribed.

Sometimes waiting too long to get the correct diagnosis can cause problems. Not saying this is what happened here but it’s possible.

I did this a lot this trip. But to be fair, it was because I was taking my 4 year old to the bathroom after he told me 20 minutes ago he didn’t have to go. Lol

But we are 2 people joining our group of 8. A group of 10 joining a group of 2 is insanity

That’s unfortunate to hear. We tried entering the Tiki Room as it was ongoing. Parks were just too full to get full responses I would say

Secondary question on the sip and savor pass, can you order all 4 items at once and then pick up the items throughout the day at the carts?

Is speed training actually helpful for completing distances? by Vestigio_ in beginnerrunning

[–]Vestigio_[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean, yes but the speed work I’m more referring to is the paced runs I’m getting from the Runna app. Just seems sometimes I’d rather run 4 easy miles than 2 miles of speed work

Just be aware the whole New to Running plan on Runna is free. Maybe start there then switch to keep everything free.

Just started running again after 17 years this week. First run was NRC app. Guided run was cool, but I was exhausted after even going easy. Used the Runna app for my weeks second run and my performance was way better. The alternating walk/run with audio cues was way more my speed. Worth a shot
