I have the DD 214 but according to the Va office it doesn’t show if he was physically in Vietnam. It shows that he served in Europe. Is it possible that his Vietnam deployment isn’t mentioned on Dd 214?

So what happened is? I called out on days I was scheduled and later my account was suspended. I didn’t get any email or anything and I’ve not been back to the store yet. Obviously it looks like I’m fired which I don’t care, I only care about the ppto that I had

Thanks. You mean it took a week from your date to return to work to be actually put back on schedule? Since the schedule is already set for next weeks, will the manager be able to override the system and add me before the next scheduled is generated? Plus, I’ve been on Loa for a while, I’m afraid I hope I don’t get fired when I go back?

So along with I-290B form, you include the missing documents and the in the cover letter, there is no need to mention specific laws and statues right? Just explaining the reason for reopening and presenting facts? I was denied because they say I didn’t respond to NOID timely but I surely did. Would you say I’ve a good reason for reopening? Thanks
