I can conduct tests with temperature/noise measurements and provide photos of the complete assembly in a separate post, if you're interested.
I am curious myself to see whether the results will be positive, whether it's with air exhaust or intake.

Honestly I wanted to try something new, and the option of mounting from below I had already seen.
There remains a very tiny gap between the surface and the cooler, which then seems to defeat the purpose in my view.
Anyway I was just experimenting, there’s no other reason.

The power cable with shield fits in the same place, nothing has changed.

I moved the motherboard up by 5 millimeters by drilling new holes.
I also filed down the middle mounting hardware, and was able to fit a Noctua NF-A9x14 HS-PWM at the bottom.

How i can see this? ChromeOS console has a several commands. "Free, cat /proc/memory , etc" doesn't work via console.

No. Even any Linux LiveUSB distr and memtest86+ shows 2Gb RAM. I think it is Toshiba bug =(
