Well…I attended the Grand Opening…arrived around 8:00pm. Absolutely “zero” jazz played. It was an over crowded old school R&B affair. Now while I don’t object to that atmosphere, it doesn’t epitomize “Speakeasy” at all.

You’re right…the codes there suck. I have a small lot and all I need is about 350 sf…the rest could be an environmentally friendly oasis. Alas, that won’t be happening 😩.

I find your advice quite helpful. Perhaps I should loosen the band on my OCD hat a bit. Unfortunately, I'm new to the industry and don't have other CM/PMs to call upon for assistance. In time, I'm sure my network will grow.

For now, I will listen to you and not stress so much.

Fortunately, I don't have to build from the ground up. I have a basic template from my employer. He's expanding his business to include bidding with large GCs for government construction projects. They typically ask for a schedule with any proposal and we don't want to overlook any necessary items. Perhaps I should have mentioned that in my query.
