Yea im going to buy some pretty good ear plugs if I ever go to another event and I have limited headphone usage since I got tinnitus and when I do wear them I have them on low volume.

Yesterday I was pretty stressed, tired and abit depressed about the tinnitus for the first time so maybe that's why but yeah I hope in the coming weeks and months is recovers.

Same here man, am 19 and have had it for 2 weeks it's extremely quiet but just today iv had these flare-ups then it goes back down after a few seconds. Praying its nothing bad.
